Updates to test run API endpoints

We're pleased to announce that we have completed a few API updates that allow you to include run configuration options when creating a new test run.

These updates include:

• A new run configuration groups resource, allowing users to view the test configurations for a project
• Test run create endpoint - The ability to define different assigned users for each test suite included in a test run.
• Test run create endpoint - The ability to define test run configuration combinations, allowing users to specify which browsers or operating systems tests should run on.
